ORGANIC BURDOCK (GOBO)
We have been growing burdock since 1986. We produce a variety called Takinagawa Long from seed we produce on the farm. Unlike Japanese gobo that is grown in trenched soils and reaches lengths of three feet, our burdock has a natural shape and is generally between 1–1.5 feet long.
#1 Organic Burdock Root (Gobo) – 10 lb. Boxes

#2 Organic Burdock Root – 40 lb. Boxes
These roots are of the same quality as our #1 burdock but have been rejected because they are too small, too large, misshapen (forked), or have minor surface blemishes.
